Returns and Exchanges

• Warranty is provided in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty servicing provisions.
• The buyer has a right to return purchased goods in time of 14 days, if the delivered goods do not correspond to the initial order.
• By using the purchased goods, the buyer confirms that the delivered goods are appropriate, and such goods cannot be returned.
• Return of goods is possible only when the goods are returned in full, including original packaging and with an initial purchase confirming document.
• The goods must be unpacked carefully to avoid damage to the original packaging, which is mandatory for the return of goods.
• To return the goods contact us via e-mail info@baltcombat.com, state the reason for return and any additional information.
• Payment for the returned goods (delivery costs not included) is transferred in time of 30 days to the bank account indicated by the buyer.
